Is it advisable to take more than 5 diet pills a day?
Question:
Answer:
Diet pills in general aren't healthy, and it's really important that you read the label on the bottle for specific directions. USE AS DIRECTED usually follows, so read it - but try not to take them at all, especially if the FDA hasn't approved them! I think the only diet pill on the market right now that is FDA approved is sold at GNC and it's all Alli.
Most cases, it's safe to take 5 pills per day, throughout the course of the day, with food. 2 in the AM, 1 at lunchtime and 2 in the evening during dinner.
Good luck.
I would say, go by the bottle, if you are going to use them.
No!!! Are you crazy? Do you want to die?! So not healthy!!!!
um no
It is not even advisable to use diet pills as they are not a permanent weight loss solution. Your best option is to make serious life style changes and lose the weight the correct way. You need to call your doc and ask him this question or ask your pharmacist as only they can tell you based on what med you are taking.
Most doctors advise agaisnt ever taking diet pills. There is one aproved by the FDA (alli) but I wouldn't advise it. But if you have to take them, I would follow the directions on the bottle.
