Should I get diet pills to help me lose weight?

pros and cons? What do you recommend?

no!! definitely NOT. i tried fahrenheit, and when i did, everytime i took it i felt dizzy, wanted to barf, and got a headache. i eventually resorted to the "before, during, and after" water diet where you drink water before, during, and after each meal. ive done that for 2 weeks and lost 10 pounds already :D

this keeps your really hydrated and gives you more energy all day long =) plus, it's healthier! =]
Eventually you are going to have to go off those pills and go it alone. And guess what? You won't be able to do it without the pills and the wieght will come back.
Wish there was a secret pill but there isn't/ I have always lost weight the right way with weight watchers as it is not a diet. It is a way of life. You have gained weight because you are eating more calories then you need. Cut back and you will see the difference. We do not need as much when we get older, you did not say your age so not sure how old you are. Cutting back on fried foods, eating things that are baked instead of fried, buying lower calorie products are a good start. But do not do diet pills, they are really bad for you
Please don't. Diet pills are very dangerous and cause many heart problems in people who use them. If you really want to lose weight just try eating healthier and exercising a little bit. Drink a lot of water, snack on fruits and vegetables, stay away from pops/sodas, greasy foods, fried foods, fast food. Then do some small exercises: run in place, jog around the block, swim for half an hour, jump rope, do crunches, squats, lift small weights to tone your arms.

Absolutely without a doubt the very best thing you can do to lose weight is the most simple and cheapest:
1. Eat Less
2. Exercise More
Make a commitment to a lifestyle change - in other words - do not diet - just change your eating habits so that you are satisfied with eating less food. Slowly increase your exercise to 30 minutes a day. Walking is the easiest, cheapest and most effective exercise that I know of. Get a walking buddy and make it a fun event!
Lose the weight slowly and you will keep it off for a lifetime. Trust me! I have lost 75 pounds in 4 years and this time I know I will keep it off - because I have refused to diet - only changed the amount of food I eat and increased exercise.
I would say not to take diet pills because once you get off them (and you can't be on that pill for life!) you will gain weight again.
