How can I loose alot of weight fast without a diet place or pills ?

I am really self conscience and I dont like to show alot of my body off like I wont wear shorts where people can see me in "public" and it's because I hate how large I am.

you could always stop eating... but on a more serious note eat what you want just in smaller portions and do fun exercises like swimming.

i suggest to run everday for at least 45 mins. and also do strenght exercises so you can build muscle oh yea and eat healthy! no fast or junk food at all!

Aight so dude im 14. I'm 6' tall and weigh 69.4kg. Today I actually started to exercise and get muscles around my body. I didn't know what to do so i asked my mom. She sayed I'm still in the growing phase, so i need to eat, but she told me to stop with the sugar, and today I didn't touch any sugar i ate only healthy stuff.
I also found this really awesome 8min workout on youtube, my friend is actually working out with that video and he was fat like 2 weeks ago, and with a simple diet and working out with that video 2 times per day, he's belly is flat and if he stretches u can see the abs forming.
