Diet pill question?
Question:
Answer:
alli diet pills - the first diet pill approved by the FDA for over the counter sale.
I would say alli the new FDA approved otc diet pill would be the best.
I can only lecture. . .just remember that every pill you take has adverse affects on your body. . .you will pay for all adverse affects as you age and so will your mother. . .Why not just eat less and live longer. . .
It is true that Alli is now available without a prescription.
I want to point out that it works completely different from phentermine, the drug your mom is currently taking.
Phentermine works in the brain to actually decrease the appetite. Alli works in the intestins and physically blocks a portion of the fat you eat from getting absorbed into the body. It in no way decreases your appetite. In order to not experience the side effects from Alli (oily spotting, fatty stools, anal leakage..gross, I know), it is important to reduce fat intake. It is to be used as an aid to diet and exercise. Studies found that people who took this drug along with diet and exercise, lost an average of 50% more weight than people who do not take the drug. But you have to control your appetite because, unlike phentermine, this drug will not do that part for you.
There really aren't any drugs like phentermine available without a prescription...just herbal drugs filled with caffeine that have no real evidence that they actually work.
