I dont think any diet pills are safe..however,In hear that the new ALLI is effective and safe for use..Trimspa had good reviews of its safeness also...Talk to your doctor if u have one. Otherwise maybe do a little research online just to be extra sure...
p.s i know it may sound groos but i lost 17 lbs in a month eating the following:
1 pack of ramen noodles in the early afternoon such as 12pm *skipped breakfast* and 1 slice of dry toast...then for dinner around 6 pm ate a regular meal but in a smaller portion..didnt eat past dinner and drank nothing but water all day..i also did 15-20 minutes of light exercise such as sit ups and jumping jacks everynight. I did this everyday for a month and everyone noticed a good change in the way i looked.
Green Tea pills are pretty much safe. They boost your metabolism and reduce cravings while making you energized with the natural caffeine that comes from green tea.
Plus they're only around 10 dollars which is a lot cheaper than most diet pills.
