Diet pills: and reccomendations?

Do not lecture me about not using diet pills. I work out (gym membership :D), have truly changed my diet for the better, and am NOT looking for a "quick fix" or "miracle cure". So if that's going to be your answer, don't bother.

Take it only if prescribed.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
I take Xenedrine EFX and like the results.I just needed something to boost the motabolism.I work out also but at home.And notice it does take time.But I have noticed I'm loosing.The fat content has come down,the weight has a little.So its doing some good.Sometimes we need some help.lol.Sounds like your on the right track.I would keep a journal of whats going on.It helped me.You can keep track of what,when,how much and go from there.
