I would not take it or any other diet aids. They are unsafe and do not promote long term weight loss and most have nasty side effects. The only way to lose weight and keep it off for good is a lifestyle change, Eating sensible and adding physical activity and not just for the weight loss for life in order to keep it off.
I've never heard of the Alli Diet pill but Believe it or not i stumbled upon this website in my quest to lose weight and then I read about a patch diet called the "Apple Patch Diet" and now My husband can’t get over how quickly I’ve seen results on the Apple Patch Diet. He also commented that I’ve had a lot more energy and wants to try the diet with me! Not only am I losing weight but my husband and I are able to share this positive experience
