NO NO NO. Diet pills only provide temporary weight loss. Once you stop the pills the weight comes back. Get or read The Diet Book For Teenagers Only and it will tell you everything you need to know.
I don't think it's ever okay or safe to use diet pills.
Better to stick with natural methods such as cutting calories and exercising. (And I'm not talking about 'natural' diet pills.)

I would say give the pills a miss and start walking or riding a push bike and swim every day and cut out as much suggar as you can. And dancing is also god for helping to maintain a healthy weight.

I am of the opinion weight loss pills should only be prescribed by a physician and in conjunction with a diet and fitness plan. There are no "magic" over-the-counter pills to weight loss, especially if one wants to shed weight quickly.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
