How old do you have to be to take diet pills?

I asked my friend and she told me "you can try some of my diet pills"
She takes hoodia diet pills and I was wondering if I should take it?
SHould i take it? how old do you have to be.
Cause she uses it and I want to try it out because it works for her.

Dont do it! Just excercise and eat healthy

I belive it will effect your growth. I am also a size 3 in jeans and i am JUST fine with how thin i am. Please do not take them. They will only hurt you in the end. :)
Don't worry about the diet pills you are healthy. Your not to skinny and your not overweight so be happy with your size trust me.
hoodia is a herbal its not gonna kill you ... i think you can buy them at any age.
No!! Don't take them. The law says you must be 18 to purchase them, and with good reason. You are still young, and these aren't even good for adults. These are not good for your heart, and they make you feel weird. Encourage your friend to stop taking them. They might work for her now, but you do not see the damage it is really doing to her body in the long run. Size 3 is very tiny. If you really want to tone up, try lifting 5 or 10 pound weights, or running, but don't try and lose any more weight!
