Diet pills that works please help and let me know if you tried it?

Question:

Answer:
Most diet pills will be harmful to your body. However, if you take them for the short-term (and please read all the warnings and directions carefully on the packaging), certain pills do work and can provide you with the results you are looking for. I really want to stress that you need to be in good physical health to take them, and don't do it longer than 3 months. That said, I weighed 225 lbs. when I gave birth to my son. I took Hydroxycut, accompained by walking 3 miles every day, and in less than a year, I now weigh 143 lbs. You need to be diligent, however, and a very healthy diet contributed as well. I need to warn that Hydroxycut is not for everybody, it has harmful side effects.
Personally, if I had to do it again, I'd try Hoodia. It's mainly all natural and makes you feel terrific. It's my understanding that nno known side effects have been reported. I have provided a link for you to check it out. Read it if you have time, it provided a lot of information. Be careful, many people are trying to black-market it. You want to go to GNC and make sure the bottle comes with a Certificate of Authentication.
I also know that fish oil does help, as well as a diet filled with protein, to help with lean muscle. Exercise and good eating habits are still the best contributers to healthy weight loss.
I wish you the best.
I have used phentermine in the past, and it works like a charm!! But it is getting really expensive in cost!! As far as OTC, none have worked for me, and I have tried them all!!
Most will "work" to some point, but many are downright unhealthy. The problem (if the pills don't harm you) is when you get off of them. You can't stay on them forever and when you stop using them, you're likely to return to your previous way of eating...and the pounds return.

Pills are a crutch, not a long term fix. Learn to eat right...eat healthy. That way you don't need pills to keep you from being hungry...if you don't make a lifestyle change and learn to eat right and exercise on your own, no weight loss pill, diet, or gimmick will work for long.
There are no pills that are going to let you eat too much and lose weight. None. However, there has been a study that shows that if you are on a healthy diet, taking fish oil caps does seem to make you lose about twice as fast as if you weren't taking anything. I have lost over 120 lbs and since I've added fish oil I must admit it has been easier to lose.
same with me! fish oil pills help
Ultimately the only thing that really works is eating fewer calories and burning more calories aka exercise.
