Would it be safe to take BSN NO-Xplode and a diet pill like Stacker 2 to help me lose weight?

N.O.-Xplode has a fair amount of Caffeine in it. While Stacker 2 doesn't have "Caffeine" it has ingredients that stimulate like Caffeine. I am not sure how the two products would interact but you would be doubling up on some ingredients. The main ingredient that Stacker 2 has that N.O.-Xplode doesn't is Chromium Picolinate. CP was popular about 10 years ago but was never really proven to help weight loss but some people still use it. You would be better off (maybe cheaper) using N.O.-Xplode and taking Chromium Picolinate as a separate supplement (available at most drug stores, GNC, Vitamin World, etc.).
