I ordered diet pills on line 1 month ago and they stole my money, HELP?

Sounds like you might have either a) gotten ripped off outright by this company, or b)you went to a site that was an "evil twin" of the real company's site run by scammers.
If you used a credit card, do these things without delay: first, call the card issuer, cancel the card, and have them issue a replacement with a different number. This will keep them from putting more charges on your card. Secondly, file a "chargeback" with the card company for the amount in question. Explain the whole situation from start to finish, and the card company will credit the amount back to your card. You are covered against card fraud. It will be then up to them to prove they shipped the product (which they obviously didn't), it may lead to their prosecution if they've done this to others, and best of all, you will have your $$$ back.
