There is a group on yahoo for all of us using ALLI...sign up for it..I am using Alli too...I don't mind the side effects because, I know that is the fat I am not absorbing...Cut out as much fat in your diet as you can stand...

Eat foods with less fat because eating food with fat is what causes that cause if it can't be absorbed it has to go somewhere.
stop taking them and go to the doctor right away because what u think thats happing could be minor but more serious so stop and go to the doctor as soon as u can

The only way to stop the leakage is to stop taking it, or cut out ALL fat from your diet (which is unhealthy- you need a small amount of good fat like the kind found in nuts and avocados to remain healthy). Alli is designed so that you learn by repetitive conditioning to avoid fattening foods - because they cause anal leakage.
If you absolutely cannot avoid foods with fat in them, you could try wearing an adult diaper. They make them thinner now so theyre discreet.
Dont eat alot of fatty foods, then you dont need to take those kinds of pills. there is no way around those pills that block fat, it will come out your rearend..

Other than not taking the pills, not a lot. You can try eating more fiber, but that will only help so much, if any.
If you are going to continue taking the pill, I would suggest getting some Serenity Pads or something similar. They are designed for bladder leakage but would have the same effect.
You may want to ask your doctor about a different diet pill. They can prescribe ones that don't have that particular effect and are a LOT more effective.
dont take the pills or you butt will keep leaking. there are other pills that will help you burn fat instead of blocking fat. there is no magic pill to lose weight. you have to fix your diet..
