Diet pills work if you follow the directions... which is always follow a healthy diet and exercise. As far as being a magic fix... no. I would go to your doctor, find out if there is a medical reason for your weight gain. Then I would go talk to a dietitian... sometimes when people think they are eating healthy they really are eating things that are setting them back (salads with too much ranch dressing).

No I haven't. But eating lots of Fiber is good. It helps digest fat and it makes you feel fuller so you dont eat as much food. If you are worried, talk to your doctor, he knows you best. Instead of water pills, try drinking cranberry juice (and lemonade) they are diaretics.
I have tried some.. Zantrax 3, Itelislim etc. all the did was give me massive amounts of energy. I was up all night couldnt sleep unless I would work out hardcore.
there was a diet pill on ebay i got for awhile that i liked. It was called lipodec and it was suppost to be all natural. All other diet pills make me sick.
Yes I was doing the same, I started using hydroxycut with minimum change. I then followed it with a product called Redline and saw amazing results with a great diet and exercise. I lost over 50 lbs. You can pick up Redline at any health product store. I do however recommend you do exactly what the label says.
there is no such thing as a diet pill that works. As soon as you go back to old habits youll gain the weight right back, the key to weight loss is excersize. Diet pills dont speed up your matabolism running and excersize do! and if you have a fast matabolism you will loose the wieght, just be patient it will pay off soon enough.!!! GOOD LUCK =)
Stay away from diet pills they do more harm than good, It sound like you're doing the right thing by eating the proper foods and exercising. Have a complete physical and tell your doctor what's happening to you, this could be a Thyroid related issue and it can be corrected with treatment if it is. My brother went through this.

whatever you do, do not use that new FDA approved Alli. you only loose 1-3 lbs per month and if you don't cut out your fat intake almost completely, you will walk around crapping your pants all day and having an oily anal discharge... if you don't believe me, read their insert.

Since Ephedra has been banned...most thermogenics don't work much anymore. I had good results with the Ephedra-Asprin-Caffeine stack. To bad alot of idiots abused it.
I agree that it sounds like you may have a thyroid issue. My G/F has it, runs in her family. After her son was born, she had a steady weight gain. Now she's on a downswing and has lost a ton of weight with no diet change.
