Are there any diet pills that work well in conjunction with a moderate diet and exercize?

It is so odd that when the diet pills contained the dangerous ingredient ephedrine they worked so well. However a heart attack is not the way to go. I have a few friends who take TrimSpa and swear by it. Give it a try and good luck
