Mega t diet pill help?

Question: ok i take 60 mg of lexapro (anti depressant) and 36 of concerta (add meds) daily
is it ok to take just 1 mega t pill a day?
i am over weight and have tried everything and i was suggested to take these
b/c irs green tea do you think it would be ok to take them with lexapro and ocncerta?
