Does anyone reccommend taking diet pills and id so which ones are good?

xenical is good...i tried persciption meds..but they made me a nervous wreck..you cant take them long term anyways..n when you stop ..your weight goes back up..
If your cool w/ chugging down speed, go right ahead. It ruins your metabolism, your skin, your menstual cycle (are you a girl or guy?) Diet pills are a crock. You wouldnt buy jewelry from the home shopping network, why would you buy pills from TV? Youll loose weight quicker w/ a good old fashioned coke habit. Same effects, none of the downfal.
I'm not really sure which ones you should try, but make sure you realize before you start taking them that there is a chance that you can become dependent on them to lose all the weight you may need to lose. So just be conscious that you may need to exercise and/or diet to lose any extra weight that the diet pills doesn't help to get rid of that you want.
Whoa!!!!!Watch out for them diet pills,unless you want to stay up all nite and clentch your teeth with that as well.Its called cheap mans speed and they really can mess you up.Mate,just stick with the good old diet and exercise.You will thank me for it,trust me, as been down that road and was a mess after 2 wks without sleep.I felt things crawling on me and was seeing things that wernt there.The appetite was gone but i certainly paid a big price
