Alli Diet Pill?
Question:
Answer:
You can eat whatever you want when you stop, just like while you are on it. Except that you know that while you are on it, you limit your fat so you dont get treatment effects and you limit your calories to lose weight, when you go off it, you will still need to watch your fat, so you don't have a heart attack and you will need to watch your calories so you dont gain all the weight back.
There is nothing you cannot eat while on alli, so there should be no reason your body would react when you stopped.
Dont listen to anyone who tells you not to take it or that it is a fad, or that you only need to watch what you eat and exercise more. These are people who never had a weight problem to begin with. I have been exercising at least 3x per week and watching my calorie intake for most of my life, and I've always been overweight. Last year I followed weight watchers to a "T" and went to the gym 3x per week, and in one year I lost 4 lbs. I'm taking alli too, because for some people, just diet and exercise is not enough
ur body will def react because once u stop something completely different to ur body's system it will react unpleasantly... my best advice is to not take it and let ur body enhance on a actual real diet. if u take alli i hear that u are only allowed certain foods and ur stomach after a few days reacts to those foods. if u cut alli then ur body will become confused on what and what not to eat... i think u should just diet healthy and balance foods =]
Alli helps by preventing the absorption of certain fats. Your body will start to function normally again after Alli fades out of your system. This means that you will need to be even more careful of your diet and perhaps even exercise more than before when you were taking Alli. Frankly--why bother? It's expensive and a fad.
