Has any1 tried diet pills ?
Question:
Answer:
I've tried them and basically became addicted. I was taking about 16 per day and couldn't function without. There's been a regulation on ingredients since then. They worked to lower appetite and speed up heart rate. I lost about 3 lbs but gained it back as my body adapted to the drugs. Also, I experienced the same high and low of drugs(turning me into a psycho)The only thing that allowed me to function without of them was the South Beach diet.
The first 2 weeks were brutal. Getting off bad carbs was the hardest, but I was able to stop the useless pills and lose 8 lbs in 3 weeks. 22 lbs total. I got back to my pre-high school weight! I gained 5 back for a total of 17 lbs loss that I've benn able to keep off. I've been so much more energetic and healthier since. It works soooo well. You should read the book and try it if you haven't already. I know both sides and the pills don't work, unless you're using them to help you clean your house in 12 minutes flat.
There so many diet pills out there you dont know what to choose. well first you start your self out with a healthy diet.

you need to be patient. a diet can never work if it is fast. diet pills are simply a waste of money! they don't work.
i would suggest working out 5 days a week to boost your metabolism. if you are working out already, increase it!
I have used a lot of them, I order some on line from a salesman, but his link is under construction or something and they don't sell them in stores.
I tried NV and it was pretty good. But you have to eat right and do your part, it's no miracle pill.
I am 5'5 and weigh 135 I am also 28 and have had 3 kids. Also, I don't know what your eating habits are, but it certainly wouldn't hurt for me to tell you that portion is everything. Instead of eating a whole candy bar, eat half of one, hell, eat HALF of everything you eat and you will never have a weight problem.Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water a day, green tea is very good for your body as an antioxidant and help subtly speed up the metabolism. Salads (without fatty dressings and cheese) are very good for you, chicken is the king of meat in my opinion, as long as you don't fry it. Avoid fast food entirely, and walk anywhere you can as often as possible and get ahold of the 8-10 minute tae bo if you can. Drink diet sodas and juices (aka - cherry coke zero, sobe lean, crystal light, etc.) avoid sugar, switch to the 100 calorie snack packs, including popcorn. Eat apples, they are very filling! Cheese is an unecessary evil as well, so is milk, if you have to have it, drink the fat free kind. 100 calorie popcorn is a great snack. Eat turkey lunchmeat instead of a whole sandwich, etc. Eating is necessary, over eating is not. I also have a meal shake in place of a meal, I find it incredibly helpful at 3:00 in the afternoon.
