Go to a health food shop - Holland & Barrett sell them.
They are not really strong type diet tablets (if that makes sense)
They just help burn the fat gently but fast, Ask one of the workers there about it.
Its called something like vitimin KLB6? something like that anyway. Has a picture of a lady on the front wearing a bikini. A very dark red tablet.
I use them, And they work well with my body. Just take one after every meal.
Or adoios - its a calorie controlled diet tablet. Never used them (Cant be bothered with the calorie counting, LOL)
But been told by a friend that they work quite well.
its a bad idea to go on pills..they cause more problems then what its really supposed to do
and its pretty much a waste of your time, just eat really lite and eat just fruits and you will lose plenty of weight
just eat 10% less
if you already on a bare min for what your body actually needs then it will store it as fat bcoz it does not know when the next meal is coming (look at starving children, their stomach's go distended)
be balanced as to what size you need to be, if you are overweight remember that it took a long while to get fat, losing it can take as long
well, i dont think that there are any, coz if there were, i would have bought the whole lot of them!!
Non of the non-presciption pills work. Any small weight loss you have is purely placebo effect.
If any of them actually worked there'd be no fat people anymore.
