How can i loss 20 pounds in 18 days before school woth NO pills i need a total diet.?

i am a 13 year old girl almost 14 and last time i was weighed i was 120 but i think i gained weight so now i think im 125 or so am i fat? and i NEED a diet before school starts i played soccer for 9 years but now i dont i am loosing alot of mucule in my legs but NOT my stomich what do i do to loss weight before school please help me i dont want to be imbaressed.

What you want is unhealthy and I do not recommend even trying to lose that amount in such a short span of time. You need to see what you are consuming through out the day and replace junk types with healthy foods. DO NOT stop eating in hopes to lose the weight. Get active through the week and slowly lose the excess weight that you do not want.

Set a goal of 3 pounds loss in 18 days and keep setting short goals to keep you motivated. A great goal is 1 pound a week.

You need to drink this lemonade and nothing else, it gives you the necessary nutrients for your body to live and you can have as much of it as you can.

it's not recommended for anyone under 18 to do any kind of radical dieting. you could do serious harm to your body. at 14 you're still growing and maturing.
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
