hmmm.whats the name...Alli? It just came out over the counter. About 2-3 years ago, my friend was talking that pill through her Doctor. The dose for over the counter is cut in half now. It was 120mg and now its 60 so its safe for everyday ppl that want to take it, and also because they don't want people to get in over there heads with it. It works. My friend it proof. She lost mad weight. However, you need to realize the true way to lose weight is watching your portions and exercise for long term results. Good luck either way.
baby - I have tried a few - and to be honest - just like everyone says, they work in the short term, but then you gain it back plus some.
I have tried herbalife - the first formula - worked then gained it back in 2 years.
xenex3 sp? worked then gained it back within a year

First of all none of the pills mentioned offer any medical testing or even have approval from the FDA . Altho I used to use Hydroxycut as a cutting agent to slim and tone my muscles. I highly recommend the Abs Diet by mens health. Men and women can greatly cut body fat and tone their bodies. I used this deit during a toning cycle and dropped it early because I was losing to much mass to quickly. I didn't want to have veins cover my chest, calfs and theighs! It leans the whole body, not just the abs. I would buy the book and then use the web site for all the info you will need to lose the weight and actually keep it off. Good luck

Diet pills didn't work for me. All I did was wasted a couple hundred dollars.
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
