I want to burn 20 pounds. Fast. Any Diet Pills suggestions or other advice is greatly appreciated :)?

So any diets, diet pills, foods, excercise routines, whatever.

I'm a teenager - I hang out with guys who consume a lot of junk food constantly, but they all stay skinny and i've just been gaining weight steadily for the past three years.

Not that i've ever been skinny to begin with.

But seriously! HELP!

PLEASE!

and don't give me the "love yourself the way you are" crap.

or tell me to eat 3 square meals a day of fruits and veggies and only chicken.

It's impossible, i'm never home. Just give me something simple that's actually possible -_-

Diet pills don't help, they hurt/damage your body and probably kill you in the long run.

Do alot of cardiovascular excercise, do weights appropriate for your body. Always eat healthy, maybe be a vegetarian, good luck
eat 5-6 small meals a day, and have a high protein, moderate carbs, and healthy fats. Also do carido in the morning before eating breakfast, becuase your body will have no carbs in it, so it will burn stored body fat for fuel instead.

Pill ways, i would take fish oil because there have been a lot of studies showing that fish oil and exercise are associated with further weight loss. Also check on the internet for weight loss supplements safe for teenage use. A simple yahoo search will do the trick.

Also calculate your RMR (http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_bur... make sure you dont eat over this limit, and also make sure you do cardio to burn calories while staying within your RMR limits.

RMR is the amount of calories you burn at rest.
well..i think 180 pounds for ur height is not that fat..but diet pills arent good at all..try exercising..runny round the block thats that best way to lose weight fast.
every single product that you buy to eat should be fat free, sugar free, or low calorie. also, try eating less than 1200 calories a day, plus at least 1 hour of exercise(try dancing, biking, running, strength training, yoga, heck, even nintendo wii!!),drink diet pills(like the one anna nicole smith sponsored) and drink a diet tea each day.youll lose the weight faster than you can say pythagorean theorem!
I have horrible news for you: If you're not willing to address the diet end of things ("impossible" as you say), you're going to have a hell of a time losing the weight. Especially fast.

Losing 20 pounds fast is not really feasible as-is (depending on your definition of "fast").

Genetics and illness/disease play a factor in weight gain, so part of your issue may exist there. You may want to visit a doctor or nutritionist. But you point out that you can't keep up on the diet end. The reason why other people you hang out with stay skinny is that they are young, like you, so their metabolism is still very capable of keeping up with their intake. Yes, they're eating crap, but they're probably providing adequate fuel (i.e., eating at least 3 meals a day with light snacks in between) which allows their metabolism to keep burning. Combining that with sufficient exercise, sure, it's possible that it's working for them. I know people who did that from when I was in high school. Those who didn't change, it eventually caught up with them in their early to mid 20's and they blew up like a freaking zeppelin.

The point is, you're not going to find the magic exercise or the magic diet pill to do it for you. There are fat burners out there that work (only in combination with proper diet and exercise, obviously), but since I don't know your age (and suspect it to be under 18 given what you've stated), I cannot and will not recommend any.

I don't believe you when you say it's impossible to lock your diet down... so lock your diet down. You need to make the choice: lose weight, or remain the same (and possibly get bigger if you continue to neglect your body's needs). You can make the time for it.

Get into a gym, go out running or biking, just get active. If you attack these points and you are serious about it, you can pull it off. If you're not willing to do so, you're wasting both our time and yours.
There is no easy way to lose weight--it takes time and determination. if you want to lose weight AND keep it off, you should only be losing 2-3 lbs. a week.

I would recommend starting a food diary: write down everything you eat. If you want to lose weight, eat between 1200-1400 calories a day. DO NOT eat less than 1200--it will slow down your metabolisim and your body will store everything you eat.

Begin an exercise program--nothing too intense, a good half and hour cardio workout 5 days a week is great!! Be sure to give your body a chance to rest though, you dont want to wear your body out. And dont get discouraged if you gain the first week--when you begin a work out program, your muscles will grow, and muscle weighs more than fat.

This may be a shock to some, but there is no such thing as a miracle diet pill. There is no diet pill out there that is ever worth taking--its an industry that simply wants to take your money by making you believe that by using their product, the weight will just melt off. Its all a bunch of BALONEY!!

Try not to let your friends have control what you eat. Guys have faster metabolisms and are bigger so naturally, they can eat more. I know, it sucks, but its life. Life isnt always fair.

Watch what you put into your mouth. Someone can put and big bag of potato chips in front of you, and while youre watching a movie, you can subconciously consume 500+ calories simply because you are not paying attention.

In the end, it all boils down to calories. Some one could eat nothing but fruits and vegetables and still would gain weight IF they at more then their metabolic rate. The same person could eat nothing but junk food, but if they consume only 1200 calories of it, they will lose weight (However they will not be able to eat as much and probably will be very hungry a lot).

If you truly, honestly are never home and cant eat healthy, i would take a multi-vitamin just to be sure your body is getting all the nutrients it needs.

Well, I don't think there is any quick fix to losing weight fast, besides it's not healthy. You need to learn a few simple unique ideas to lose weight without harming yourself. I found a great website that has terrific diet and exercise ideas that will help you. It's by a certified Nutritionist and Trainer and he has helped me lose the weight and keep it off.
