average user supposedly loses about 5-10lbs i year. it works but personally i dont think it justifies the cost, and as the first guy said "anal leakage." all it does is block fat absorption and if people would actually eat a low fat diet in the first place as they should if theyre serious about losing weight instead of taking a pill to make up for their crappy diet, it wouldnt even really be needed
