Want to lose weight in 4 months, no diet pills and no diets because they dont work, and no stupid answers.?

i'm 12 and want to lose 20 pounds in 4 months. i weigh 123 pounds, and i am 5'3
just give me and exercise plan
please answer!!!!!

heres what you can do. you can start running or bicycling every other day for 30 mins a day. do this 4 or 5 times a week. next you can start lifting weights. start with a really small weight, like 5 pounds, and do about 12-15 repetitions for each exercise. do this 2 or 3 times a week. next you have to watch what you eat. no more junk food. eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and drink a lot of water, at least 8 cups a day. these things will help you feel full longer and make you more satisfied. eat different types of meat like turkey, roast beef, and grilled chicken. dont eat anything that is fried. if you cant find the time to run or bike, try going out for a sport. it will force you to lose weight and stay in shape. hope this helps.
run untill you cant run anymore. Then run some more. Simple. And dieting does work, not just alone. Dont dispel the truth just because your version of it doesnt work.
walk, run, eat healthy, drink loads of water, do sport whatever you like ( football , hockey, baseball, etc..)
just move and don't sit in front of tv too much.

Can't imagine why you want to lose weight. Your best bet would be to go to a doctor, get a diet & Exercise plan, then go from there. If that isn't an option for you, maybe you need to look at your reasons for wanting to lose weight. Like, is it your weight that's bothering you, or your brain? Think about it. Good Luck & Blessings

you can at the gym also, but main part is to keep the cardio, and if you build muscle well don't get upset you may gain muscle and don't loose weight muscle have weight.
first dieting does work but dont think of it as dieting think of it as eating better first you need to eat less sweets and other fatty foods with lots of perservatives (like chips and snack foods) eat lots of fruits i and if you drink pop just stop that all together youll drop like a few lbs just by not drinking that and no diet pop is not any better if you already do these things great.. running and swimming work well for losing weight i suggest doing this in the morning thats prolly the best time mainly i suggest swimming it works out alot of the muscles in the body its good exercise set goals 4 yourself and always try to achieve them dont just go to a pool and start swimming personnaly i wake up do 150 sit-ups then 50 push ups go to the ymca then swim some laps and spend a little time in weight room but thats just me... so to rap up
1. set realistic goal achieve them
2. eat right
3.exercise
4. make good choices
.. and youll lose that weight
