Has anybody heard of this”Intelligent Diet Pill” discovered by a Dr. Yousef?

I was watching an interview on an Arabic channel the other day with about a Dr. Yousef who had discovered this pill. He discovered it while he was testing Chlorophyll (the natural chemical in plants which makes them green). He accidently spilt some Chlorophyll into a tray of heavy, industrial oils. Almost immediately the oil began to break up. He decided to leave it till the next day and sure enough when he returned the oil had completely dissolved into water! Dr. Youssef & trial patients all lost massive amounts of weight using this pill. The way the pill works is similar to how the Chlorophyll worked on the water. When the pill is taken it breaks the fat into your body and turns it into water/grease and it passes through your body in the bathroom.

Ms Iva, there is (or was) a similar product on the Australian market. I can't remember the name of it (but I can ask for you if you like, email me) they say it does exactly what you described.
It made a lot of noise in the media here, 3-4 years ago, my feeling is maybe it didn't work too well because we don't hear about it anymore.
