What is the fastest way to lose baby weight without using diet pills?

I workout almost daily but am not losing any weight really. I drink nothing but water (and lots of it) all day and have cut back all of my food intake. I need to lose at least 20 lbs. by October 20th because I have a costume ball to go to and already have a costume. PLEASE HELP ME!
