hi. diet pills. there's no miracle pills which can help in weight loss. when you're on it, you'll lose weight. this is because of the chemical contents which causes ur body to do so. but when you stop consuming, the weights lost will pile on again, in many cases, even more than the weight lost. i wouldn't recommend taking diet pills, there are many more healthier alternatives such as exercising, taking in more fiber. you don't need to vigorously do so, just take things one step at a time. sorry that my answer is irrelevant to your question. but i am worried because there have been too many cases where people are harmed when they took diet pills- causing their liver to not function properly, race in heartbeat, high blood pressure and the list goes on. hope all works well for you. take care~~
