Diet pills...does anybody have any suggestions for a good "jump start"..temporary use??

I have a slow metabolism and need something to help keep my energy up...I am looking for something, for short term use, to help me to get my metabolism reved and to lessen my appetite...pls don't give me the mother of all answers, diet and exercise..i plan that of course but i am looking for something as a short term means to help me with the get go.thanks

I've tried Hydroxycut and it made my heart race and I couldn't sleep. I also tried Slimquick, but I didn't really like it that much. It made my chest hurt and my stomach cramp like mad. I've been taking One a Day Weight Smart. I don't think it's a diet pill, but it's supposed to help you with your diet/exercise plans, I guess. Good luck.
I have used Phentermine in the past and works great. I was like you before and just needed a "kick start." I totally get where you are coming from. Now I am a work out freak and a heal;th food fanatic- so it all worked out great! GOOD LUCK!!!

I used Xenedrine with combination of exercise and good eating habits and I lost almost 20 lbs. in 2-3 months. But remember diet pills should not be used more than 3 months.
Actually, I wound up crash dieting before my wedding because I tried on my dress a month before, couldn't breathe very well, and was too embarassed to get my dress altered again. (I'm plus-sized) It was primarily yogurt and vegetables. And lots of water. Worked too good. The dress needed to be pinned to my bra on my wedding day.

There is no magic, you eat less, after many months, your stomach is be smaller, and less food will make you full.
The more you eat, the bigger your stomach will get.
Built up more muscles will increase your metabolism a little.
Muscles burns more energy even not being use.
Do fast walking about 3 miles in 45 mins. per day, six days a week.
I am sorry, there is no short term, is life long deal.
