Do I spend my money on Alli diet pills or not?
Question:
Any help with my Alli decision or any other ideas please.
Thanks
Honestly, please dont take any pills to loose weight. I mean ok, you might loose weight, but when you stop taking pills, you will stop losing weight also... i would not reccommend it. the best thing to do it, either you work out or, join weight watchers.. weight watchers is the best and most helpful things out there. pills... NO!!
workout.. eat less. go to this website http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/healthy...
pick your food pyramid.. and seriously follow it... dont eat sugary stuff... eat nuts, fruits, vegies.. green vegies the most.. and work out... run around the block one a day... come home... do situps, pushups, jump rope.. anything that keeps your whole body moving. try it.. i hope i helped
Ok first off I COMPLETELY hear you about the ice cream, I swear if I could eat it with every meal I would. Ok so...about your question...No I dont think you should waste anymore money on any diet pills... the fact is they may work but they are about 97% failure if you ever stop them...which sucks. If you stick with diet and exercise you will be ok. As for the ice cream everyday..I have found so many different ice cream treats that are actually GOOD! From one ice cream lover to another...try these ones out I wouldnt suggest anything gross. Of course it isnt a Reeses peanut butter cup sundae but still they are satisfying and yummy. I use Weight Watchers for my diet so heres a whole list of food items (ice cream is there too) Good luck hun!
Hi Alli,
I have been a yoyo-dieter for as long as i can remember. The only time i lose lots of weight of 22 kgs, is to go on a diet and exercise. At nights i would eat only a whole meal chewy bread bun and i would eat that before 6pm. During breakfast, I would eat proper breakfast and a good lunch. And no, i dont diet during breakfast and lunch. Its only nights that i eat less. Then I went on a high cardio exercise program of jogging, stationary cycling and stairmaster. Definitely, it would take sometime before we can do each exercise longer. I managed to built up my jogging from 5 minutes to 45 minutes in one and half year. same with the other 2. When I lost my first 10 kilos, i added weight training of about an hour. At this point, I dont watch my diet anymore. I ate what ever i like. So, there is actually no shortcuts to losing weight but exercise and eat less and then continuous maintenance. Brisk walking is currently my program now as i do not want to hurt my knees. So take k. I hope that helps.
