Are there any harmless diet pills or .?

or are they all bad and have nasty chemicals. I want to loose weight. 10-40 pounds. I try not to eat in the evening but its hard because I get hungry. I have a good healthy diet and I workout 1-2 hours, 4-6 times a week. But I want to eat less...so are there any harmless pills or anything that help you curb cravings? My mom says they all make you loose weight fast, but then you gain it back. But are there any that you tried and they didnt have bad sideffects? Im not 16. 166 (im not sure now because i lost a bit of weight) and 5'5.

Well your not gona lose weight if you let your self get hungry. And by saying that i don't exactly mean eat till you feel bloated, but eat till your satisfied and dont let yourself get full.

If you want to lose weight and not gain it back, you must lose weight in a healthy way. like eating when your hungry cause when you come of your diet and reached your goal you will eat when your hungry cause you got nothing to worry about.

Also in your diet you MUST include the foods you cannot cut out your life, for example i can't live without choclate.So in my diet twice a week i include 1 choclate bar. So i eat half a day and the rest 3 days later.

About pills i have to say your mother is wrong. About 5% percent of diet pills actually work. The rest make you lose water % from your bodyand thats why you mum said you will put it back on.
So i recomend you try Thermal Pro Evolution. It works just fine with your diet.

Sorry love there are no effective diet pills. None of them work for any real weightloss and others are downright dangerous. What you might try is eating a little more for your last meal and a little less at say..lunch. Give yourself 1200 calories a day to work with. It's great that you know not eat after 6 pm that will help anyone lose weight. But if you just can't stand it, don't beat yourself up, have a small piece of fruit or even half it won't throw your life into a tale spin..Just up the exercise to 6 or 7 days a week 30 to 40 minutes a day. My guess is that as time goes on you'll stop getting the cravings (I did) and you'll be on your way. If you try to ignore things they will eventually ware you down and you'll start cheating and that will throw off your whole plan. With 1200 a day and exercise 6-7 days a week, you'll lose about 2-3 healthy pounds a week. The idea is to establish an eating/exercise plan you can live with for the rest of your life..it just may take some time for you find the right combination for you..Good luck and good for you for taking the lead in your healthy lifestyle.

The best way to lose weight is to decrease your intake (calories and fat) and increase your output (exercise). There really are no "safe" diet pills. However you may want to look into ALLI diet pills they are not necessarily safe but they are better than most because they work directly in your digestive system to block the absorption of fats into your system. This is unlike other diet pills or fat blockers that are distributed through your blood stream which can cause you to become shaky or fill sick. However the ALLI diet pill does have side effects if you do not use it as directed it can cause diarrhea and other stomach issues.
if u are trying to lose weight but continue to eat everytime your body makes you feel hungry, you are going to fail. you have to be mentally strong and just not eat when you shouldn't. that extra food you eat in the evening makes a huge difference
