i take seredyn for anxiety and it works ..yesterday i took one pill and then 3 diet pills... i felt shaky and anxious.. by night i was sick.. i took another anxiety pill to calm down... today i had chest pains but i didnt take nemore diet pills just the anxiety pills...that was the first time i ever took diet pills in my life... i have a horrible headache..and feel nervous today =/

Diet pills alone can cause all those symptoms. Please be careful. Diet pills are very dangerous.
diet pills have caffeine and other ingredients in them which are supposed to speed up your metabolism, and a side effect is heart palpatations and focus/concentration problems.
