Diet pills...?

Question:
Anyone ever use any diet pills that actually work?

I've changed my eating habits and I'm slowly starting to exercise more and I'm wondering if it would be beneficial to try dieting pills along with exercise.

Anyone have any luck? Are they worth the ridiculus amount of money they cost?

Answer:
no....none of them work...because as soon as you stop you'll start to gain weight again...

the best way to lose weight is to watch your diet, exercise everyday (even if it's just going for a long walk) and drink lots of water.

be careful of diet sodas, all they do is make you fatter because you will crave sweets

here is a website where you can calculate how many calories you can burn doing normal daily activities and how long you have to do them

hope this helps :o)
Everyone wants that Magic Pill.
They have bad side effects.
Here are some good ideas:

1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy.
8. Avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Tone up the muscles:
1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike.
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..

Mental Health:
1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.
8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative.
9. Do something for someone else who needs help.
Adipex (generic: Phentermine) works like a charm, but they have to be prescribed and monitored by your physician. Where I live, it runs about $35 month for a prescription.
Eat healthy, drink pleanty of water, and exercise a lot- especially cardio. Alli is a pill that works with healthy eating and dieting and can help you lose weight and flushes fat which makes u feel better- not so much fat in ur system. It's actually ok to use and doesn't have scary side effects like other diet pills. It's FDA approved, so it's safe and works.
i took ritalin(methylphenidate) for awhile this year, and that really helped suppress my appetite, n it gave me energy, i rlly didnt notice or think about food, it had nothing to do with making u "feel full" like other diet pills, and thats just stupid since the reason most of us eat is for taste, the ritalin jus like other stimulants or so i hear, speeds up ur metabolism and energy expenditure so u dont feel the need to eat as much and u lose ur taste and appetite pretty much completely
First try to incorporating the Glycemic Index into your eating plan is surprisingly easy.

Glycemic Index (GI) is a ranking system for foods containing carbohydrated. The GI number signifies how quickly a food triggers a rise in blood glucose (sugar).

High GI food tends to increase hunger and promote overeating, which can then lead to excess weight gain and obesity.
High-fiber foods, which generally have a low GI, move slowly through the body. Because they stay in the stomach for a relatively long period of time, they promote a feeling of fullness.

o Low GI diets help people lose and control weight
o Low GI diets increase the body's sensitivity to insulin
o Low GI carbs improve diabetes control
o Low GI carbs reduce the risk of heart disease
o Low GI carbs reduce blood cholesterol levels
o Low GI carbs can help you manage the symptoms of PCOS
o Low GI carbs reduce hunger and keep you fuller for longer
o Low GI carbs prolong physical endurance
o High GI carbs help re-fuel carbohydrate stores after exercise
