Anyone try that new alli diet pill??
Question:
Answer:
I'm on week 4 and haven't lost 1 pound since the first week when I lost 6 pounds.
It's not as bad as you hear, but if you do eat a very high in fat meal you will have an Alli oops(oily stool)! You have to be commited to the diet. It blocks a percentage of fat that you eat.
I heard that they warn users to carry a change of clothes cuz it can cause gas with a greasy discharge if you eat anything fatty. That turned me off right there. Not worth it...
You POOP a lot...and you butt hurts. Good Luck.
Hey I have tried the new Alli pill; and I love it! It's the best pill I have taken! It will not lose the weight for you, so you must be willing to stick with a good diet. I have been really strict on mine and I have lost 30 lbs in 2 months! The results depend on who you are and how well you stick with it. It takes regular exercise probably 5 out of the 7 days per week; but it's totally worth it! I have found nothing bad about it. The most common side effect is oil spotting in your stool (which just looks like oil when you go #2), but you only get the side effects if you are eating too much fat. And when you do get the side effect, you are to eat a lesser amount of fat and then you will not get the side effect. So it all depends on you, and your willingness to obey the rules. Try it, and good luck!
*** You do not poop your pants like that one girl said, unless your normally try to poop your pants. It doesn't work that way, the side effect is only when you go to the bathroom regularly. And if you are getting oil spotting, you aren't following your diet.
I have never tried it, I am currently taking Reductil diet pills prescribed by my doctor. I have lost 24lbs in 10 weeks. They speed up your metabolism rate and suppress your appetite. They are working really well but the major side effect is high blood pressure. I am needing to get mine checked every 2 weeks. It is high, but not dangerously high. Luckily. I am staying on them for another 6 weeks and hopefully I'll have lost enough weight by then and just deal with the rest of my weight loss naturally.
