Diet pills are bad for you only if you do these things:
1. Take diet pills and starve your body. Body needs right amount of calories to work properly. Once the lowest limit of daily calories intake is reached body suffers severe damage.
2. Taking diet pills and drinking too little water. Water is essential when losing weight. Your body needs liquid.
3. No exercises and diet pills = nono. Certain diet pills are bad and actually lower muscle mass instead of burning fat. And if you don't exercise you end up with more damage than good.

Yerbaslim are great but you need to exercise daily to increase the effect of the pills. It's normal to lose 4-5 pounds with them weekly.
Proactol is different. You take them after you eat food and it binds up to 28% of fat. This fat goes out of the body without going to blood stream (so it doesn't get stored as fat cells in the tissue). With Proactol you can eat as you always did and still lose weight. And it's great because you need no diets or such.
