I am considering taking a diet pill, but there are so many.?

i wouldnt suggest it but alli really works and its not as unhealthy as some other ones. by it at walmart its cheap
I've tried Slimquick with diet and exercise, didn't work for me at all. If I were you, I'd just go w/o the diet pill and really watch my diet and get regular exercise.

Spend the money on a gym membership instead (if you don't belong to one). Go to a gym with men. It's always good to have something nice to look at when you work out.
I would not recommend pills. Once you get off of them if you have not changed your eating habits you will gain it all right back and then some!
Alli asks that you cut back on fat intake and establish an exercise routine.
I'm sure if you did that without the pill you will still loose a significant amount of weight!
Those diet pills have a bunch of caffeine and they raise your metabolism so you burn more calories per day then you normally would. The problem with this is that with an increased metabolism your body may fool you into thinking you are hungry because it is burning throught the food quicker. All and all the pills are a waste of money and really wont do anything unless you cut back on your calorie intake and do some exercise.
