Yes, I have tried it and let me tell you something. It didn't work! The reason I took them was to gain energy and curb my cravings and it did nothing but make me really hungry tired, sleepy and really moody I bought the bottle for $39.99 and what a waste it was. I have tried plenty of diet pills, Hydroxycut, Smart burn, Trim Spa, Stacker 3, and the best one has been Trim Spa. Two years ago I was on trim spa for 8 months and it boosted my energy and helped control my appetite, I lost 40Ibs but of course with every diet pill there are always side effects. It made me very irritable, sleepless and once you stop taking them, the weight comes back faster unless you watch what you eat and exercise regularly. I gained 10 Ibs after quitting trim spa thats when I decided to try slim quick which was big mistake, cause it did nothing I didn't lose an inch .Lol. We all have different ways of losing weight and what works for me might not work for you, but do your research before you try them. If you have already purchased take them back. I decided to give up on diet pills 4 months ago and now I just watch what I eat and I motivate my self to get up and exercise and I have lost 20lbs!!
