Does anyone have any good diet pills. not appetite suppressants,but lipo inhibitors or fat blockers?

there is no such thing. Diet pills are caffine pills. Just eat healthy and excersise more. That's all it takes.

Not all diet pills are caffeine based. Those are probably the worse ones out there.
I like fat binders like Alli and Proactol. But between the two go with Proactol as it doesn't have the side effects like Alli does. But Alli is FDA approved, so you decide. You can look at them compared here:
