Has anyone tried Metabolife complete?Does it work? What diet pills do? Please don't tell me none of them.?
Question:
Answer:
Having tried pretty much every diet pill known to man heh, this is what I found.
These are just my *personal* experiences, these pills work differently for everyone.
Metabolife - curbs hunger a bit, gives whole body a warm feeling as if metabolism is higher, little bit of nausea and anxiety, fairly mild long-lasting (half a day).
Hoodia - did nothing at all for me
Stacker (2 or 3) - makes heart race, body heats up tons, no appetite at all, jitters, nausea and anxiety, intense and brief in action (few hours)
Xenadrine (my favourite) - reduces appetite and makes it manageable, feeling of fullness, little bit of nausea, general mild long-lasting feeling. (half a day)
Herbalean - somewhere between Stacker and Xenadrine.. heats up whole body, slightly sick feeling with very little appetite, works for a few hours.
Phentermine - did nothing for me (but I got it online so might have been fake)
Overall, these days I use Xenadrine alternated with Herbalean... before a work out I use Stacker. This is definitely not healthy, and has given me chest pain with palpitations at times. However, I was miserable enough with the weight that it was worth it to me. Gone from 240 lbs to 150.
----edit----
meant to add that my weight loss attempt also included hardcore working out, and very little food, I don't think the pills themselves made me lose weight, but rather assisted me in curbing the hunger from not eating, and giving me the energy to exercise. On their own they'd probably do nothing at all.
Diet pills are dangerous.
Sorry-none of them. My friend has tried every one. She hasn't lost the 5-10lbs she wanted to lose.
With healthy eating changes and moderate exercise I lost 30.
