Are diet pills safe?
Question:
Answer:
There is no such drug which guarantees complete safety and the same goes with diet pills. Diet pills sell like hot cakes and that’s enough to prove that they are not so dangerous. They can definitely cause some minor problems in the initial phase but that goes away with time. I have tried diet pills and also gone through negligible problems like headache, dizziness etc. but these are not long term problems. Consult with your doctor so that he can suggest you the best pill which suits your body.
no
Depends on the type.
If taken properly yes they are safe.
For a short term of use is OK, but they are addicting. It's best to just eat less and exercise, easier said then done right, well the secret is to pray to JESUS for the WILLPOWER to eat less and exercise, then it will work better!
I've been taking Bontril (or it's generic form) for two months now and have lost 22 pounds. More than a "diet pill", it's an appetite suppressant. It won't work miracles on it's own. You have to get into the habit of eating healthier, smaller portions, exercising, etc.
Next month, my doctor is taking me off of it because I now have my body conditioned to "follow the rules". I would recommend this drug, but keep in mind it's not for everyone. It can be habit forming and could be abused. Common sense and following directions are most important.
