My cousin is 20 pounds over weight, ich diet pills should she use?

Working out is not working out!
Diets are working though!
It has to be healthy!

Answer:
None.
Simple foods--whole brown rice, for example, or veggies and the like are recommended. Very little, if any, products containing refined sugars should be eaten. No products containing white flour--the stuff is garbage.
And of course, regular exercise.
I could go on and on...
No-one wants to hear it, but the only way to control your weight is to control what we put in our mouth ! The pills can control you, and I'd never tell anyone to take them. Cut down on junk foods, sweets, too much red meat...And don't spend too much time here reading this ****.
Please Please don't use diet pills its bad for you body!! Try using weight a different way!
Diet pills are not healthy. No diet pill is healthy
