So far I am takin HOODIA and I have loss inches. I walk about 2 times/week maybe 3. I exercise 1 per wk. I just refuse to get n the scale for it only depresses me. Green Tea is good. Nature's Sunshine Colon Cleanse (use for 1-2 wks), Kelp helps to reduce your waistline, Lots of water daily, Dieters Tea from health food store ...all of these things help if you stop eating the wrong things or if you limite the quanity. there is no magic pill, the best thing is to get at least 30 min of exercise everyday and eat untill you are satisfied, and take a multi- vitamin, a lot of times when your body tells you you are hungry ot needs a particular vitamin.
ive try'd a few weight loss plans with pills but i found i great way to lose weight
