If you bought it with a credit card, call the credit card company and they will investigate, or some will immediately reimburse your money. If you used a money order, or wire transfer, you've lost your money. If you used Paypal, contact Paypal.

It will be hard to get your money back. Look for an email address and write them get a phone number and call them, Nag them until they send them. If this doesnt work. My suggestion is to sue them in small claims. The fee to do it varies state to state OR you could threaten them that you will call the authories and press charges for stealing your money and being part of a business scam.
Here are a couple of rules I go by when shopping on the internet. I shop at mainstream stores that I know of and/or anyone that uses verisign which shows they are ligitmate. Never use paypal there is no verification of business, anyone can set up an account
