Do diet pills actually work? Are they safe? (a.k.a has anyone used them successfully before?)?
Question:
Answer:
Ive used metabolife when it had ephedra and it worked, every week i lost 7 pounds or more. But its dangerous, it made me feel like i was having a heartattack most of the time. Also if you were to stop using it, you would gain the weight back and your metabolism would slow down and it would be hard to get back to normal. I wouldnt take diet pills, they dont really work, its just hard work and dedication.
dont do it!
best way is exercise and eating right
diet pills wont keep the weight off--and you dont get the healthy benefits from exercise and eating healthy
They don't work. Don't waste your money. Eat right and exercise. That's the only true way to lose weight. Have you seen the show "The Biggest Loser"? They're style of losing weight is all natural. NO diet pills or anything.
Take care.
Dont use any from the internet as they can be dangerously unsafe.
I am currently switching between Boots Herbal Diet Pills & Adios. But i rate the Boots pills more. I think they are good and I haven't felt unwell since taking them.
Give them a go with a calorie controlled diet. They seem to be working for me.
If they work lol then chances are they are not safe leading to heart problems blood clots strokes ext. you should allways stick to a healthy diet and excercise 1-2 lbs a week max I beileve is heathy and you wont have access skin.
I agree. It's tough, but more effective in the long run. It's also easier to keep off once it's lost and you go on a binge one weekend.
Weight loss is a lifestyle. I am learning Alcohol plays a big part. Empty calories. It sux cause I like a good glass of wine...or three!
Most of the diet pills make you feel hyper and all it does is keep you up all night. If you decide to take diet pills, I would recommend just a pill to decrease your appetite. It will help you to not eat as many calories a day and it might help.
