Here's a list of the seven herbs- straight from the website. IF these are the correct ones, it doesn't contain ephedra. one of them (citrus aurantium) does contain synephrine, which has similar effect to ephedra although supposedly not the damaging nervous system effects for which ephedra was banned. And it does also contain African Hoodia. The others are all minerals or plant extracts currently sold over the counter for weight loss. None of it sounds too dangerous... as long as you don't over do it. I'm not sure it will work better than anything else already out though. And yes, I totally think they stuffed that girl on their website.
