never,ever take trimspa energy...last night was the worst night of my life...i'm not exxagerating when i say i thought i was going to die. my heart was going crazy,i was vomitting and it was freaking me out... the package says to take 6 a day i only took 2 in the morning and 1 and 1 at lunch then evening.my heart is still jumpy and i can't eat anything...but i feel like i need too...i have the shakes very bad...

Just flush out your stomach with lots of water, not much you can do.I wish people would stop buying pills for diets,Im sorry you learned the hard way.
You will return to normal eventually. In the meantime, eat something small and easy, like soda crackers. It will help settle your stomach. Maybe an Alka-Seltzer would help too.
my suggestion to you is this. call your primary care physician and ask for advice.if you cant do this, go to the ER in your area (or urgent care) and have them give you the once over.it sounds like you simply have too much "juice" going to your heart... however, if you have an underlying heart condition (that you dont know about), it could be serious.
Don't take anymore and in a few days you'll feel better.
