I'd go on a liquid diet--drink high-protein, low carb healthy stuff. Worked wonders for Oprah.
Walk alot,several times a day, drink alot of water,eat light meals,fruit and veggies for snacks-stay active
Exercise regularly, 4 times a week, enough so that you sweat for a half hour. With everything you eat, look at the label and ingest 10 to 20 grams of saturated fats per day (no more). Drink water. That oughta do it.

Cut your portions in half and go to a gym and do what you like.

Eat what you normally eat, just eat half as much. Also, set 4 days out of the week to go to a local gym, YMCA, or local park and do what's fun to you: running, swimming, jogging on an elliptical, whatever! But, you HAVE to be consistent. Remember: there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

The best way to lose weight is to watch how much you eat and how much you exercise. First you must count how many calories you eat a day ( it should be around 1000 cal. a day ) Eat as many veggies as you want,some fruits are okay (1 banana equals 105 calories try to avoid). Last you should exercise for about 30 - 60 mins and that should be fine. good luck!

Other then plastic surgery there isn't a safe way. If you lose that much weight in a short amount of time you are looking at doing damage to your body and risk gaining twice as much weight even faster.

2nd Day

1 Egg (or 4-6 oz. Skim Milk or 1 cup non fat Plain Yogurt)
½ Banana
1 slice of Toast
Black Coffee or Tea
Lunch
1 cup of Cottage Cheese (or nonfat Vanilla Yogurt or 2 oz. low fat Cheese)
5 Saltine Crackers
Dinner
1 skinless Chicken breast
1 cup Broccoli (or Cauliflower or Cabbage or Lettuce)
½ cup Carrots
½ Banana
½ cup low fat Frozen Yogurt (or ice milk – 6 oz.)

3rd Day
Breakfast
5 Saltine Crackers
1 slice of Cheddar Cheese
1 small Apple
Black Coffee or Tea
Lunch
1 hard-boiled Egg
1 slice of Toast
Dinner
1 cup of Tuna
1 cup of Peas or Carrots
1 cup of Cauliflower (or Lettuce or Cabbage)
½ Cantaloupe (or Watermelon or Honeydew)
½ cup low fat Frozen Yogurt (or ice milk – 6 oz.)

Only salt & pepper should be used as seasoning.
Where no quantity is given, there are no restrictions other than common sense.
Fluid consumption is important. You may have all the coffee, tea or water that you want. If possible, drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
Artificial sweetener & lemon may be used.
After three days of dieting, you may eat normal food but do not overdo it. After for days of normal eating, you may go back to your 3-day diet if you wish.
