Anyone know of a great diet pill for 15 year olds (teens) that work fast?

Question:
I want to lose 20 pounds so i can feel better about myself and look better for me and my boyfriend. I am trying to exercise more and eat less. ( i usually eat a lot, as mom said "this girl can eat")

Answer:
I saw on a bodybuilding website that diet pills can damage metabolism. Below site has info on the very best and healthy ways to become thin and fit.

Since you are 15 I will send you to the advice for teenage girls page first which takes only 3 minutes to read. The info on losing weight takes a lot longer to read but it is worth it to learn how to avoid water retention and other things.
Sunova BIOSLIM

Believ m e it works!
the eat-healthy-excersize-and-dont... pill
You're already on the right track. Diet pills are a DRUG ! Don't start on that road, please.
Listen, i had a girl like you, she did wat u're trynna do, she tried losing weight.guess wat? She got bulimia, if u know wat it means, and now, she's in da hospital in a bed, so that she can never eat her favs anymore. My advice, please dont do this to urself. U're beautiful the way u are. If ur bf dont like ur fat, get ridda him. There're a million guys who see beauty for wat it actually is.
you should try runing you fat ***
Please don't use pills to lose 20 pounds (or 10 kilos). Especially at your age it is dangerous to use these kinds of things. They are called fad diets. I know that you are at a stage where you ahve a low self esteem. But I warn you, if you go on these diet pills you will feel even worse because you will damage your body. How?
Most pills don't give you certain nutrition you need which will hurt your body in some way. Losing pounds that fast is also bad for your body. Your body will consider you 'starving'. So when you stop with the diet your body will automatically put your food into fat for the next 'starvation'. You will gain weight dramatically only dexreasing your self consciescness. A great sight to help you loose weight via aerobic excercise (plus it gives you a lot of info) is:

Also you can try this program where you log the food you eat. It will put your food into a graph, show how much nutrition you are getting, how much fat and you can also see how much you are burning when you log your excercise. The sign up is simple:

When it comes to eating a lot here are some tips if you can't stop eating more (I have the same problem)
Drink a glass of water before you eat. Then when you eat, chew slowly. Your body will send the food to the stomach making you feel full and you will eat enough too.
I hope I have helped you in some kind of way. Just please dont try diet pills for your own sake.
lots of luck to you
The mom in me is screaming, "NO, no diet pills, please!!" If you are excersising and eating healthy foods, you should be able to lose 2-4 pounds per week, which falls within healthy weight loss levels. If you lose more than 5 pounds a week, it can cause your renal system (liver, kidneys, pancreas, and gall bladder) to become overtaxed. You could become dehydrated and get kidney/urinary tract infections, which are NOT comfortable.

Besides, most of the initial weight you lose on diet pills is water. Once you stop taking them, the water will return to your system, and therefore the weight will return.

A natural way to help your body metabolize the food you eat is a small dose of chromium picolinate. You take it three times a day, and with continued use, it helps to speed up your metabolism, so more food is used and less is stored as fat.
Eat right and exercise you fat pig. Don't rely on these pills that have not been thoroughly evaluated by the FDA..shoot, some on the market aren't even approved by the FDA...what does that tell you? But go take your miracle pill and drink your "energy" drink..Whatever happened to eating healthy and getting at least a half hour of moderate exercise a day?
It makes me sad that you would want to take diet pills for weight loss. I did when I was 17 and it gave me heart trouble later on. Please try and reconsider how you want to lose weight. Join a gym if you can or go swimming. Drink lots of water and try and eat healthier.
