Relacore 'claims' to reduce cortisol levels by helping you relax and balancing out your blood sugar. A balanced or stable blood sugar is supposed to keep your body from storing carbohydrates as fat when insulin levels are high. Relacore also contains vitamins (C, Calcium, Chromium, and L-theanine) that 'claim' to help you relax and not store fat.
This is why they say in the ads on TV that, "Stress Causes Fat" or something of that nature.
Do yourself a favor and read all you can about the ingredients in diet pills - you may be allergic to some of them (they contain many).

Those diet pills don't work. It claims that it gets rid of belly fat, but if these pills do it, why are there so many fat people.
Good old fashioned diet and exercise is the only way to go.
well the only thing I can tell you is that the pharmacist recommended it they don't usually recommend supplements or diet pills but they said these were all natural and that the ingredients in them help you to feel more stress free thus no stress eating thus avoiding belly fat which is caused by stress etc.....so I don't think they are a fat blocker or will eat away at the belly fat if they were girlfriend I would have a lifetime supply I tried taking them my brother recently purchased some --they made me feel pleasant but the energy i am use to with other supplements wasn't there so I am back to the others to help me exercise any who they seem to be working for him of course with daily exercise and changed eating habits so take care good luck relacore girl !
