I would love to say don't worry about it you are only 15, but we do live in a world where things like this matter even if they shouldn't. First off you are still growing so don't worry too much. But it is never too early to start eating healthy and exercising. Find out your calories needed for your age/activity level etc. and work out a plan that will help you stick to it. Also, just walking around your block will help or find a sport you enjoy to play for school. However you decide to do it please stay healthy and take care of yourself. You are at an age where you can do serious damage to your body that will last the rest of your life if you are not careful.
there is no great diet pill they only make you sick, try weight watchers or your dr. can send you to a nutrionist. thats the safe way to do it.
if you start trying to lose weight fast with a formula at 15 you are just going to end up in the hospital not too long from now with anorexia

please don't use a diet pill. once you are off of it, you'll gain it back plus more. you need to eat right and excercise. there's really not much else to it.
Your to young to be taking diet pills, your body wont react the same to them as an adults body would, I would just eat lots of good foods and get plenty of exercise! It will help!

There are lots of strength training and core training videos out there that will re-scultpt your body in 6-8 weeks. The main way to lose weight would be to eat a healthier diet, if you are not already, and exercise. Make this a lifestyle not just a way to lose weight fast. Cutting out carbs helps a lot and avoid late-night snacking. Drinking a lot of water helps keep your weight down, also.
I have a friend that was over 200 lbs. She is now a size 8. She didn't eat any better, but she works out at the gym about 3-4 times a week! She looks great! I am proud of her.
You can start by doing a wheat grass cleaning. It tastes like crap, but it will cleanse your system. Most people do a shot a day or so. It can be very expensive spending about $2-3 a day for a shot. Pills are available. Make sure you are near a toilet! I would suggest doing it once or twice (total) to clean yourself out and then just work out 3 times a week.

Trust me! you don't need to lose 20 lbs. Please, look in the mirror and find something you like about yourself. 132 lbs. is a great weight for someone 5'3. If you do not learn to enjoy what you do have, you are gonna spend all of your time being self conscious and miserable. I am 5'1 and 130 lbs. and guys just love my figure. I have just the right amount of curves and you probably do too. Relax. You look great!
